The rebrand of one of Britain’s banking icons sought to improve communications across all divisions. The International Banking division of Lloyds Bank was completely rebuilt from scratch. We worked extensively on the front end build, using a mixture of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries in order to:

  • Achieve to an excellent standard the vision set out in the branding guidelines, covering typography, photography, transitions and other aspects
  • Implement a fully responsive website, ensuring a consistent quality of experience whether browsing on an iPhone or a desktop PC, including gracefully degraded support for Internet Explorer 7
  • Adhere to WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines, providing proper support for non-Javascript browsers, pure text alternatives, font size, paragraph width and heading hierarchies
